For iPhone, iPad, and Mac

Plan with rhythm,
not pressure.

Flowta is a calm planning app for the three kinds of things you carry — tasks to do, rhythms to keep, and the things you're waiting on. It signs in with Apple, syncs over iCloud, and keeps your tasks off our servers.

The shape of Flowta

Most apps know one kind of thing.
Flowta knows three.

A task isn't a habit. A habit isn't something you're waiting on. Forcing them all into one checkbox is what makes most planners feel heavy. Flowta gives each its own shape.

Tasks

Things to do once. Set a due date, optionally a time, and a reminder. Check it off and move on.

Repeating tasks

The rhythms and habits that come back — daily, weekly, monthly, or any custom interval. Stay visible, build streaks.

Watchlist New

The things you're waiting on from someone else. A quote, a reply, a refund, a friend's RSVP. Follow-up and escalation dates, baked in.

The new idea

A gentle place for the things you can't do alone.

Half the things on a normal to-do list aren't actually your job — they're someone else's reply, signature, decision, payment. Treating them as "tasks" makes them feel like failure when nothing happens. Flowta's Watchlist treats them as situations to monitor: each one has a follow-up date and an escalation date, so you remember when to nudge and when to switch to plan B.

  • Soft urgency. Soft red, orange, yellow, and slate — situations, not alarms.
  • Two reminders per item. Follow up gently in the morning, escalate at end of day.
  • Last note. Paste what they said so you remember what they committed to.
  • Plan B in the card. Pre-write what you'll do if they still don't respond.

Two ways to organize, never one

Projects are containers.
Areas are lenses.

Most apps make you pick one or the other and end up forcing one shape on everything. Flowta keeps them separate — and they compose. A task can live in a Project AND touch one to three Areas at once.

Reminders that respect you

Three states.
Never naggy.

A small bell on the card tells you the whole story without a banner. Once it fires, it doesn't fire again. You can act, or you can let it go.

Future

Reminder set for later. Quiet outline. Time appears next to it on the card.

Firing soon

About to alert in the next 15 minutes. Filled, with a small breath of motion.

Missed

Fired but you didn't get to it. Shown so you notice, never refired so you're not nagged.

Built privately, by default

We keep no copy of your data. So we can't read it.

Flowta has no content backend. Your tasks, watchlist items, notes, and reminders live on your device and in your private iCloud account — both managed by Apple, encrypted, and yours alone. There is no Flowta account, no Flowta database, no Flowta analytics, no Flowta ad network.

Sign in with Apple, only

The single sign-in method. No email + password, no Google, no Facebook, no social graph.

iCloud sync, private to you

Devices stay in step over your own iCloud, in your own Apple account. We never see the bytes.

No analytics, no tracking

No third-party SDKs, pixels, or telemetry. We don't know which features you use or when.

Yours to delete, anytime

Uninstall the app and delete iCloud data from Apple Settings. There's nothing of yours on our end to clean up — there's no "our end."

A look that fits your mood

Six themes. Real typography.

Three free themes that match Flowta's classic look, plus three designer themes — each with its own font pairing — for the Flowta+ subscription.

All your Apple devices

Native on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Flowta is built with SwiftUI from the start — not a website wrapped in an app. iPad gets a sidebar with quick views. Mac gets a real menu bar and keyboard shortcuts. Everything stays in step through your iCloud.

iPhone

Four bottom tabs, top-tab sectioning, drag-to-reorder, long-press gestures.

iPad

Sidebar with Quick Views and Projects. Wider cards, room to breathe.

Mac

Real menu bar, ⌘N to create, ⌘1–4 for tabs, R to reorder. Native window chrome.

Questions

Things worth knowing.

How do I sign in? Can I use email and password?

Flowta uses Sign in with Apple as its only sign-in method. There is no email-and-password option. This keeps your account private — Apple gives Flowta nothing more than an anonymous identifier, and you can choose to hide your real email at sign-up.

Where is my data stored?

On your device, and in your private iCloud account. Flowta keeps no copy of your content, so there is no central database that holds your tasks, watchlist items, notes, or reminders. Sync between devices happens through Apple's iCloud infrastructure — encrypted in transit and at rest — in your own Apple ID.

What happens if I delete the app?

Your data stays in your iCloud unless you remove it there too. To fully delete everything, uninstall the app and then go to Settings → [Your Apple ID] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Flowta on any Apple device to delete the iCloud data.

Are reminders push notifications?

No. They are local notifications scheduled by your device, not pushed from a server. This means they work even without internet, and no one outside your phone knows what's on your reminder list.

Is Flowta free?

Flowta is free to download and the core features — Tasks, Repeating Tasks, Watchlist, Projects, Areas, Reminders, and three Classic themes — are all included. Flowta+ is an optional subscription that adds three Designer themes (Sage, Ink & Mauve, Midnight & Gold) and the full Rhythm History archive. Subscriptions are managed entirely through the App Store.

Does Flowta share data with anyone?

No. There is no advertising, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no behavioural tracking. We don't sell, share, license, or transmit your data — because we don't have access to it in the first place.

Will there be an Android or web version?

Not at this time. Flowta is designed natively for Apple platforms and uses iCloud for sync. That deep integration is part of what makes the privacy story possible.
