Common questions
I can't sign in.
Flowta uses Sign in with Apple. Make sure you're signed in to your Apple ID on the device, that two-factor authentication is set up on your Apple ID, and that you have a working internet connection on first sign-in. If the problem persists, try signing out of your Apple ID and back in (Settings → [your name] → Sign Out, then sign back in).
My data isn't syncing between devices.
iCloud sync requires that each device is signed in to the same Apple ID and has iCloud enabled for Flowta. Check Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud, and make sure Flowta is on. Sync can take a moment after a long offline period; try opening the app on both devices while connected to Wi-Fi.
I'm not getting reminder notifications.
Reminders use local notifications. They require notification permission for Flowta (Settings → Notifications → Flowta → Allow Notifications). If Quiet Hours are enabled inside Flowta's settings, reminders that fall in that window are deferred until the quiet hours end.
How do I cancel Flowta+?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Flowta on any Apple device, and tap Cancel. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Flowta and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This signs you out, removes local data, and instructs the app to delete your iCloud container. Alternatively, you can uninstall the app from your devices and delete the iCloud data manually via Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Flowta.
I lost my data after switching devices.
If your data didn't appear on a new device, the most common cause is that the new device is signed in to a different Apple ID. Check that the Apple ID matches the one you used to set up Flowta originally. If the Apple IDs match and data still isn't appearing, write to support@getflowta.com — we can suggest diagnostic steps even though we can't see your data ourselves.
Do you have a roadmap?
We don't publish a formal roadmap, but we read every feature request. The areas we're most focused on improving next are widgets, an Apple Watch companion, and richer keyboard shortcuts on Mac. Tell us what you'd like to see.
Will my Flowta data work on Android or Windows?
Not at this time. Flowta is built natively for Apple platforms and syncs via iCloud — which is part of how we keep your data private. We don't have plans for a non-Apple version.
